SIMCHA GETS BLOOMY NOD

Mayor Bloomberg is going to put his political clout on the line by endorsing a longtime ally who is about to make an unexpected run for the state Senate seat held by Kevin Parker in Brooklyn, The Post has learned. City Councilman Simcha Felder (D-Brooklyn), long thought to be a contender for city comptroller next year, said he decided in the last couple of weeks to aim for the state Senate seat instead. Two sources said Felder, a Democrat who bolted the party to endorse then-Republican Bloomberg in 2005, can expect to have the mayor’s support. “It’s going to make Felder really formidable,” said one of the sources.
