A report about the plans for the new condominium to be built on 580 Crown Street, showed up on a ‘New York Times’ article, following which, a COL correspondent interviewed Reb Mendel Dreizin the realtor involved in this project. “There is a large demand for apartments in Crown Heights’ he said at the interview held in his modest apartment.
