Religious Israeli nationalists have decried what they see as a lack of government response to the attack on the seminary, in the western part of Jerusalem. Most of the victims were teenage boys.The gunman, identified as Ala Abu Dhaim, 25, was killed March 6 at the scene of the attack. The authorities allowed the Abu Dhaims to receive well-wishers at a mourning tent on a balcony of their large family home, saying there was no legal basis for the home’s removal. NYtimes
