The Lakewood 24/6 site shares the following information from one of its readers regarding tomorrow’s elections in New Jersey: “I just got off the phone with the rosh hayeshiva, Rav Aryeh Malkiel Kotler shlita. “He told me the following. Maran Rav Aharon Leib Shteiman shlit”a stated that the oilam should vote for whoever will be better for the Lakewood community. “He stated that we do not have to base our selection on prospective legislation which non-believers may use to further immorality.“The rosh hayeshivah said that this is public information which he is informing all those who approach him.” Matzav.com

I’m wondering if we are related.
My grandfather Rubin Shteinman (Steinman) emigrated to the US from Pinsk around 1923.
