Yuri Foreman, professional boxer and Rabbinical student studying semicha with Rabbi DovBer Pinson, will fight Saturday night in Atlantic City. Says Pinson, “I worry about him. I pray for him a lot. He’s probably the only fighter in the world who’s studying to become a rabbi.”A week before his next fight, boxer Yuri Foreman visited the Rebbe’s Ohel in Queens for a blessing, as is his tradition before each match. Next Saturday night, he will be in the ring, defending his national title at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. more@COLLive.com
