Attorney Nathan Lewin Arguing Chabad’s Case Against Russia

The U.S. Appeals Court for the District of Columbia ruled in a landmark decision on June 13, 2008 that Agudas Chasidei Chabad of the United States may pursue claims in federal court against Russia in order to recover sacred religious texts and archives.
